Bleek's Seafood is a business dedicated to selling seasonings inspired by the owner's late brother, Maurice 'Bleek' Williams. The offerings include a lamb chop seasoning, a seafood boil seasoning, and an all-purpose seasoning suitable for various meats. The unique aspect of the business is the thorough cleaning process for seafood, which includes scrubbing crab legs and removing waste from lobsters and shrimp. The owner also personally handpicks the seasonings, ensuring each dish is seasoned to perfection. The business aims to increase sales while building a community around the seasonings.
